Cultural heritage can be tangible or intangible, site-bound or unbound. Cultural heritage involves the conception and understanding shared by many stakeholders or people.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The region's cultural heritage is alive.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intangible or living cultural heritage is, for example, oral tradition, performing arts, social life practices, rituals and ceremonies, or knowledge, skills and practices concerning nature and the universe. The first national list of living heritage in Northern Ostrobothnia included, for example, the knitting of a lollipop from Hailuoto.
