Culture flows to Northern Ostrobothnia, the regional cultural development programme 2022-2030 brings together a common vision of what kind of cultural region we want to be and how we develop it. Culture has power and power. According to the vision of the program, it is at the core of the development of the region and at the hearts of the regional people. The Northern Ostrobothnia Culture Development Programme is aimed at the municipalities of the region, cultural and artistic creators, Regional Regional Assemblys and other parties producing cultural services or utilising culture. They have also been involved in the preparation of the programme at various stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress of the development programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The progress of the development programme is monitored over a three-year cycle in cooperation with the help of a story map built according to the programme's seven promises.         Between 2010 and 2021, the audiovisual and multimedia industries have grown most out of the cultural industries. It includes the film, video and computer game industries. There has also been growth in the fields of education, administration and marketing of performing arts and culture. It is noteworthy that the output of the cultural sector has increased, although at the same time the number of person-years has decreased. There has been a decline across the industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
