There is a need for dialogue in cooperation with municipalities and authorities, municipal residents and stakeholders in the wind power sector. <\/li><li>The work package will be implemented through extensive stakeholder cooperation. The work is carried out, for example, at stakeholder events and using various electronic interaction tools.<\/li><li>Based on the current situation and development potential in Northern Ostrobothnia, the section prepares a regional target picture for wind power.
