If necessary, the Audit Board may invite the obliged entity to submit a new notification or to supplement an existing notification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Auditors shall notify the provincial council of the notifications once a year. The notifications are published on the website of the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia. At the end of a position of trust or position subject to the reporting obligation, data concerning a person are removed from the register and the data network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement<span class=\"hyphen\">\u00ad<\/span>notices in positions of trust and office of the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The declaration of interest must be submitted within two months of the person being elected to a position of trust or position. The person must also report changes in interests without delay. The obliged entity is itself responsible for ensuring that the declaration of interests has been made and that the information presented in it is correct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Local Government Act, obliged entities are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>President and Vice-Presidents of the Provincial Council<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members, deputies and rapporteurs of the Provincial Government and their personal deputies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Audit Board. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The declaration of interests shall be made in management positions and positions of trust in companies and other entities engaged in business activities, significant assets and other interests that may be relevant to the performance of the position of trust and official duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of significant assets, the obliged entity shall disclose the ownership of real estate, shares or land related to business activities, professional activities or investment activities. Other interests to be reported may include, for example, activities in associations and foundations, if they may be relevant to the performance of official or fiduciary duties.
