The recommendation for health exercise is: At least 2 hours of 30 minutes of moderate-loaded endurance exercise, or 1 hour of 15 minutes of heavy endurance exercise per week. In addition, at least twice a week of physical activity that maintains or develops muscle fitness. The data collection of the FinSote survey ends in 2020.
