The annexes to the decisions containing confidential information shall not be published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A person dissatisfied in cooperation with the decision may request for rectification. In principle, the right to lodge a complaint lies in cooperation with the person to whom the decision is addressed or whose right, obligation or interest is directly affected by the decision (the party concerned), as well as a member municipality and a resident of a municipality.
