Data are published quarterly four months after the end of the statistical reference period. The annual statistics are published in October of the year following the statistical reference year. The stock of enterprises is the number of enterprises active at that time, which includes enterprises subject to VAT in respect of business activities or the transfer of the right to use immovable property, as well as enterprises acting as employers. Data on start-ups and closures are updated over time.
