However, the information package does not provide an answer to each individual question. For more detailed questions on, for example, the municipality's jobseeker or workplace structure, procurement contracts or target occupations for training, please contact the North Ostrobothnia ELY Centre. Most of the information presented in the data package is based on averages for 2021. The employment service statistics use the cross-sectional data of the last working day (calculation date) at the end of the month or the accrual of the statistical period per month.
