The central purpose of the project was to help municipalities carry out the task defined for them in Section 3 of the Cultural Activities Act, i.e. to create conditions for professional artistic work and activities. The project also increased artists' competence in the productisation of services, strengthened the transparency of procurement and the equality of artists in job offers, increased procurement cooperation between municipalities, wellbeing services counties and other buyers, and strengthened the accessibility and versatile use of culture.
