Culture makers and subscribers meet at the Cultural Bank<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Cultural Bank brings together art and culture makers and the services they provide on a single online platform. They are easy to find and can be ordered by everyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a professional artist and cultural worker, you can create your own profile and add your services to the Cultural Bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are looking for content for your municipality, community or company, events, seminars, school workshops or even a nursing home, you can browse the service offering, register as a subscriber and place orders. The service is free of charge for both parties.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The content of the Cultural Bank is gradually increasing and diversifying.
In Northern Ostrobothnia, the service is provided by the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region and the City of Oulu.
