The aim of this project is to organise the regional-level preparation of Eastern and Northern Finland for the 2028-2034 programming period and to agree on programming principles. The Regional Assembly of Oulu Region coordinates the work for Eastern and Northern Finland. The Regional Regional Assemblys involved in the preparation are the Regional Regional Assembly of Lapland, the Regional Regional Assembly of Kainuu, the Regional Regional Assembly of Central Ostrobothnia, the Regional Regional Assembly of North Savo, the Regional Regional Assembly of South Savo and the Regional Regional Assembly of North Karelia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regional Regional Assemblys are responsible for the strategic entity of regional development and the planning of regional development in cooperation in cooperation with municipalities, Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and other state regional administrations as well as other parties involved in regional development. Partnership between regions and the state, as well as links in cooperation with the decision-making bodies of the European Union, also play an important role. The preparation is carried out in accordance in cooperation with the partnership principle, so that each regional Regional Assembly is responsible, as a regional development authority, for the involvement of stakeholders in its area. regional cooperation groups are statutory partner bodies in the regions.
