The data generated in connection in cooperation with electronic project management is used to compile reporting data describing the implementation of the Finnish Structural Funds for both national purposes and the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service is owned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. The development and maintenance of the service is partly funded by Finland's Leverage from the EU 2014-2020 structural fund programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strong authentication is required to use the EURA 2014 e-service. EURA 2014's e-services will be logged in from the beginning of 2020 using the Suomi.fi identification system of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (formerly the Population Register Centre). Suomi.fi identification is a common identification service for public administration e-services.
