The Northern Ostrobothnia Information Centre organises a discussion on the state of European democracy in Oulu, at the Valve Culture Centre's Café Seljet. Speaking on this subject, the Commissioner: Henna Virkkunen, interviewed by a journalist from Kaleva Petri Laukka. The event will be opened by the Deputy Head of the Commission Representation in Finland Kati Laitinen.

The discussion will take place on Thursday 23 April from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., followed by a coffee service for the public at the EU Info Point. The event is free of charge. Welcome to us!
