It is also the organization and management of all of the above. Participation and Participation and Inclusion improves the resilience and well-being of changes affecting individuals and communities.
The Participation and Participation and Inclusion of young people requires both structural, social and psychological fstakeholders. Structural fstakeholders include resources, enabling decision-making bodies and opportunities for Influencing. Social and psychological fstakeholders include mutual social contacts and shared meanings and values. These are the fstakeholders we want to strengthen in the region.
Youth participation is promoted by the Regional Youth Regional Assembly of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region (POPNUVA). The NGO Advisory Board of Northern Ostrobothnia acts as the third sector cooperation body.
