Coat of arms
The coat of arms of Northern Ostrobothnia is the historical coat of arms of Ostrobothnia. The official explanation of the coat of arms is: In the blue field, six running silver flies with black tail ends, positioned 2+2+2. As a rule, the use of the coat of arms requires a permit from the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia.
