In the case of significant assets, the person subject to the obligation / obliged person shall disclose the ownership of real estate, shares or land related to business development, professional activities or investment activities. Other interests to be reported may include, for example, activities in Regional Assemblys and foundations, if they may be relevant to the performance of official or fiduciary duties. Normal personal assets, such as a single-family house, apartment share or summer cottage, or information about the position and property of loved ones, private life or hobbies, are not included in the scope of the declaration of interests.
