It is proposed that the TE services currently produced by the state be transferred to municipalities on 1 January 2025. The Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia has launched the Northern Ostrobothnia TE2024 project to support municipalities with national funding
Preparing for reform. The TE2024 project in Northern Ostrobothnia provides municipalities with information so that all municipalities in Northern Ostrobothnia have good, equal and equal information and the capacity to prepare and organise the TE2024 reform.
The TE2024 project in Northern Ostrobothnia and the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities organise a series of seminars for the municipalities of the Northern Ostrobothnia region. The seminar series supports municipalities' preparations for the TE Services 2024 reform from the beginning of 2025. The seminar series will continue throughout the winter with topical topics.
