EUI capacity building event Oulu 19.-20.5.2026

The EUI National Contact Point, together with the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia and the City of Oulu, is organising an event aimed at developing the capabilities of Finnish cities in Oulu 19. – 20 May 2026.

The aim of the event is to strengthen the ability of Finnish cities to adapt to geopolitical changes and to take advantage of new opportunities in the areas of overall security and strategic autonomy in order to strengthen competitiveness.
