Kaipo project organizes: Cultural advocacy workshop
The joint cultural advocacy workshop held in Kainuu and Northern Ostrobothnia in October will continue as the advocacy questions are gathered in the teams on 18 November starting at 9 a.m.
The first workshop outlined the operating environment and the needs of advocacy, working on a common situational picture and objectives of advocacy. Based on the first workshop, this workshop will delve even deeper into advocacy issues at the planning level.
Anu Vehviläinen, Advocacy Specialist, will facilitate the workshop. He has extensive experience in local, regional and national decision-making and advocacy. He has previously served as a Member of Parliament, Speaker of Parliament and Minister. Anu has a strong cultural knowledge thanks to her education and work history. He is currently involved in many cultural activities in his area.
