Perspectives on the potential of European interregional cooperation: Vanguard Initiative Network and Partnerships for Regional Innovation Pilot
The Regional Assembly of Oulu Region, in cooperation in cooperation in cooperation with the EU Office for Eastern and Northern Finland and experts from the Kerttu Salaasti Institute of the University of Oulu, is organising an information event on the activities and opportunities of the Vanguard network and the impact of Partnerships for Regional Innovation on the development of smart specialisation.
