Event organisers
The network is operated by the City of Oulu and the meeting is organised in cooperation with the City of Oulu Culture Experience Guides project, the Oulu Cultural Foundation Arctic Food Lab, a project to develop food culture and tourism the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia Cultural Cell - cooperation and impact on cultural services project.
The Culture Experience Guides project has received funding from the European Social Fund from the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment of Northern Ostrobothnia. The Oulu Cultural Foundation's budget for developing food culture and tourism has been granted by the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia. The Culture Cell project is funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
