§ 75
Economic and operational plan 2026-2028 and budget 2026 of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region
Region Mayor's proposal: The the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly decides that the preparation of the 2026 budget and the Economic and Operational Plan 2026-2028 will continue on the basis of the above principles and taking into account the exploratory discussion.

Preparation of an opinion on the proposal for a new Land Use Act
Region Mayor's proposal: The the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly will discuss the draft Government proposal for a new Act on Territorial Use and authorise the Region Mayor to make a statement in cooperation within the deadline.

Competitive tendering of information management services
Region Mayor's proposal: The the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly decides to initiate the procurement of information management services.
§ 78
Publication permit application for a presentation by Pentti Kaitera at the opening of the seventh semester of the Summer University of Oulu on 4 June 1957
Region Mayor's proposal: The the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly decides to grant the Sven Hallin Research Foundation permission to publish Pentti Kaitera's presentation on "Plans for the establishment of the University of Oulu" in a database compiling his publications.

Change in meeting schedule, autumn 2025
Region Mayor's proposal: I propose that the meeting of the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly on 11 August 2024 be postponed until Monday 18 August 2025.
§ 80
Implementation of the Regional Regional Assembly meeting
Region Mayor's proposal: The the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly decides (1) to declare that the decisions of the Regional Assembly of 27 May 2025 were taken in the prescribed order, that the Regional Assembly has not exceeded its powers of action and that the decisions are not unlawful; 2) implement the decisions of the Regional Assembly.
