Regional Assembly of Oulu Region's Economic and Operational Plan 2025-2027 and Budget 2025
Draft decision: The Regional Regional Assembly approves the Economic and Operational Plan 2025-2027 and the budget 2025 of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region.
Regional plan for the energy and climate phase of Northern Ostrobothnia, feedback summary for the proposal phase
Draft decision: The regional Regional Assembly takes note of the state of play of the regional plan for the energy and climate phase in Northern Ostrobothnia.
Selection of the audit firm
Draft decision: The Regional Assembly decides,
- that the audit firm of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region for the financial years 2025-2028, including the option financial year, which has submitted the most economically advantageous tender, TALVEA Public Administration Services Ltd, in cooperation in cooperation with JHT, Authorised Public Accountant, KRT Marko Paasovaara as the responsible auditor;
- authorises the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region’s office to conclude an audit agreement for the financial years 2025 to 2028 in cooperation in cooperation with TALVEA Public Administration Services Ltd.
Strategy of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region 2025+
Draft decision: The Regional Regional Assembly approves the values, mission, vision and strategic goals of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region's strategy 2025-2028.
Loss of the right to stand as a candidate (Hanna Markkanen) and election of a new member of the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly
Draft decision: Regional Assembly
- declare Hanna Markkanen's membership of the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly terminated due to the loss of her right to stand as a candidate; and
- elects a new member to the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly.
Request for resignation from the chairmanship and membership of the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly (Jussi Ylitalo) and election of a new member and chairperson
Draft decision: Regional Assembly
1) to grant Jussi Ylitalo resignation from the chairmanship and membership of the Regional Board,
2) elects a new member to the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly and
3) elects a new chairperson for the the Board of the Regional Regional Assembly.
Study on the possibilities of restoring the natural life cycle of migratory fish in the river systems of Northern Ostrobothnia
