Euregio Karelia 20th Anniversary Seminar 15.12.2020
Euregio Karelia is a cooperation area between Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, North Karelia and the Republic of Karelia on the border between Finland and Russia. Euregio Karelia was established by an agreement signed on 24 February 2000 and was the first Euroregion to be established on the land border between the European Union and the Russian The Regional Assembly.
This year we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Euregio Karelia's cooperation. To celebrate the anniversary, we will organise a seminar on 15 December 2020 using remote connections. The seminar will include, among other things, greetings from the Foreign Ministers of Finland and Russia. The programme and registration instructions will be published closer to the date of the seminar.
