Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen visits Northern Ostrobothnia virtually on 20 September – Question Time and high school visit to Kuusamo in the programme
Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen will take a virtual regional trip to Northern Ostrobothnia on Monday 20 September. Due to coronavirus, the virtual tour is part of the tour, where Urpilainen visits different parts of Finland.
Urpilainen will visit Northern Ostrobothnia virtually from 10.30 a.m. to 12.20 p.m. He then meets in cooperation with the media privately.
Topical issues discussed during Question Time
The visit of Commissioner Urpilainen will start at 10 a.m.0 Question Time, where he/she discusses topical issues in cooperation with the following composition: Pauli Harju (Director, Northern Ostrobothnia Region), Eija Ruohomäki (Senior Advisor for Education and Culture Services in Oulu), Jussi Haukkamaa (Project Manager and Lecturer, PINO Network & Oulu University of Applied Sciences), Janne Siltari (founder and board member of Kaira Clan Oy).
After Question Time, Urpilainen heads to Kuusamo High School.
During the school visit, the students of Kuusamo upper secondary school get to ask Urpilainen questions after a short introduction by Urpilainen.
