Change Now – well-being in the municipality through physical activity!  

Time and place

The 16th Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Forum 2023 will be held on Wednesday 15 November 2023 at Linnakangas School in Kempele, Linnakaarto 20, 90450 Kempele. The Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia organises the forum in cooperation with the Regional Sports Federation of Northern Ostrobothnia and the municipality of Kempele. The theme of the forum is well-being through physical activity in the municipality.

The event starts at 9:45.

The program has now been published.

In the well-being forum, we hear the latest information and good practices related to the theme, get to know the exhibitors' offerings, increase cooperation and partnership, strengthen competence and give recognition for successful practices. The event rewards the well-being act of the year.

Participation and registration

Registration is closed.

The event is free of charge for the participants, including coffee and lunch. Forty exhibitors will participate in the Forum's event forum.

Evening

After the Forum, North Ostrobothnia Sports Association and the municipality of Kempele will organise an evening event from 5 pm to 7 pm. The evening event will include a panel discussion on "The condition of citizens is collapsing". Tommi Vasankari, Director of the FAQ Institute, and Petri Keskitalo, Director of the Finnish Olympic Committee, stimulate the panel discussion with their thoughts.

Marble fires

After the events, there will be an opportunity to participate in the Northern Opera Company's production, experiential and participatory Marble fires -event in Kempele on the Vihiluoto nature trail. Marrastulet is part of the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia the Cultural Cell Project.
