Interreg Aurora's draft programme has been published for comments

Interreg Auroran ohjelmaluonnos 2021–2027 sekä ympäristövaikutustenarviointi (SEA) on julkaistu. Molemmat löytyvät ohjelman verkkosivulta.

Ohjelman julkinen kuuleminen on käynnistynyt samalla. Kuulemiseen voi osallistua vastaamalla verkkokyselyyn 20. toukokuuta 2021 mennessä. Kuulemisessa voi kommentoida valittuja painopistealueita ja ohjelmaluonnosta kokonaisuudessaan.

Lisäksi 5. toukokuuta klo 13–15 järjestetään julkista kuulemiseen liittyvä webinaari, jossa esitellään uuden ohjelman tavoitteet luonnoksen pohjalta.

Nyt on paikka vaikuttaa, miten rahoitusta alueella jaetaan.

The 8th call for applications for the AKKE grant has ended

Funding was requested for AKKE projects that focus on supporting regional RDI activities. Projects funded under this call should meet at least one of the following criteria: - the project supports research, development and innovation activities of SMEs and thus improves the innovation capacity of SMEs - the project strengthens the innovation ecosystem of the region - the project expands the number of parties involved in RDI activities The maximum amount available to fund projects received in the application round is EUR 448 000. The total number of project applications was 14 and the total amount requested was approximately EUR 950 000.

Funding is being applied for AKKE projects that focus on supporting regional RDI activities

Projects funded under this call must meet at least one of the following criteria: - the project supports research, development and innovation activities of SMEs and thus improves the innovation capacity of SMEs - the project strengthens the innovation ecosystem of the region - the project expands the range of parties involved in RDI activities The application period is from 22 April 2024 to 30 August 2024 at 15.00. A maximum of EUR 448 000 is available to fund projects that have arrived in the application round. More information on the AKKE page.

AKKE - Call opens in December

The appropriation for supporting the sustainable growth and vitality of the regions (AKKE) will be used, in accordance with the decisions of the regional councils, for projects promoting the implementation of the regional programme and the Government's regional development decision. This appropriation may be used, for example, for small-scale development, experimentation and study projects based on regional strengths and specialisation. The fourth application round for AKKE (Regional Fund for Sustainable Growth and Vitality) is open from 1 December 2021 to 31 January 2022. Read more here !

Influence the content of the cultural and tourism themes of the new Karelia CBC funding programme - survey open until 31 March

The new Karelia CBC 2021-2027 programme funds Finnish-Russian cross-border cooperation. The programme has selected a policy objective, the implementation of which requires the development of a multi-sectoral cross-border strategy for the programme area, both in the cultural and tourism sectors. The strategies are prepared by the Euregio Karelia cooperation area in cooperation between the provinces of North Ostrobothnia, North Karelia and Kainuu and the Russian Republic of Karelia.   To support the preparation of the strategies, we will conduct a survey of stakeholders on the most important themes of tourism and culture in cross-border cooperation. Please reply to the very short questionnaire by 31 March 2021: https://link.webropol.com/s/euregiokarelia2021 We also organise four stakeholder events to explore the views of actors on the main needs, development themes and measures for cross-border cooperation in the field of culture and tourism.
