This year, the Barents Cultural Scholarship was awarded to the Artists' Regional Regional Assembly of Lapland in Finland. For 30 years, the Regional Regional Assembly has engaged in active cultural cooperation in the Barents region by, among other things, producing international exhibitions, promoting the circulation of exhibitions and works, strengthening the networking and working opportunities of artists, and bringing high-quality art close to the inhabitants of its region.
