The Regional Assembly of Oulu Region organised a traditional Epiphany reception at Oulu Music Centre
The Regional Assembly of Oulu Region organised a Epiphany Reception after a three-year break. Approximately 400 guests were invited to the reception in the Madetoja Hall, representing the political decision-makers of the region and stakeholders from different fields.

The reception will be hosted by Mari-Leena Talvitie, President of the Regional Regional Assembly, and Jussi Ylitalo, President of the Regional Board, and Pauli Harju, Regional Director, who will be on leave at the end of March. Mari-Leena Talvitie said the Celebration Speech Thank you Pauli Harju, who has piloted the region for 15 years.
Duo Edit Rautio and Eemeli Nevalainen performed at the Epiphany Reception. Jazztrio Elias Niskanen, Jesse Perttu and Samuli Sillanpää were responsible for the evening's entertainment music. The reception ended in cooperation with a joint singing of the Northern Ostrobothnia regional song Land of Ten Rivers.
Ruka Nordic wins the Northern Ostrobothnia Prize
The Northern Ostrobothnia Prize was also awarded at the Epiphany Reception Ruka Nordic. The prize is awarded for life's work for the benefit of Northern Ostrobothnia or for work that has made Northern Ostrobothnia known and strengthened its identity.

The award was received by Matti Heikkilä, Chairman of Kuusamon Erä-Veikot Ry, Jouko Manninen, Mayor of Kuusamo, and Ismo Hämäläinen, Executive Director of the Finnish Ski Regional Regional Assembly.
