Northern Ostrobothnia regional Action Plan 2021-2022 Concrete the implementation of the regional programme and correspond to the regional COVID-19 recovery plan. The action plan includes the allocation of REACT-EU funding allocation / funding authorisation to the specific objectives and financial instruments of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region and the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment of Northern Ostrobothnia. REACT-EU funds are allocated to projects under the Operational Plan 2021-2022 of the Regional Programme for Northern Ostrobothnia.
