Network of northern sparsely populated areas NSPA

NSPA (Northern Sparsely Populated Areas) is a collaborative network that aims to promote the objectives of the Northern Sparsely Populated Areas in the EU. The NSPA network includes Northern and Eastern Finland, Northern and Central Sweden, and Northern Norway.
