Information package to support the TE2024 reform

The information package provides a uniform knowledge base for all municipalities to support the preparation of TE Services 2024. However, the information package does not provide an answer to each individual question. For more detailed questions on, for example, the municipality's jobseeker or workplace structure, procurement contracts or target occupations for training, please contact the North Ostrobothnia ELY Centre. Most of the information presented in the data package is based on averages for 2021. For the data of Statistics Finland, KELA and the social and healthcare sector, the most up-to-date data have been taken into consideration.

Employment services statistics

The Employment Service Statistics monitor the development of unemployment, short-time working and job vacancies on a monthly basis. The employment service statistics use the cross-sectional data of the last working day (calculation date) at the end of the month or the accrual of the statistical period per month. The Employment Service Statistics are based on data from the TE Offices' customer register. Source of information: Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, Employment Service Statistics.
