In Northern Ostrobothnia, the AKKE programme finances studies, clearly new and pilot projects and new experiments. The project must be based on the Regional Programme for Northern Ostrobothnia 2018-2021 and, in connection with it, produce concrete experimental and fruitful activities that promote the recovery of the economic growth of our region.
