Stock of enterprises
| Description: Based on the tax administration's registration data, the number of enterprises active at the time, which covers enterprises subject to VAT on business activities or on the transfer of the right to use immovable property, as well as enterprises acting as employers. On 26 April 2018, the change in the source data of the statistics (the Tax Administration's customer database) distorts the number of enterprise closures from the second quarter of 2017. For this reason, Statistics Finland does not publish new data on closures or the stock of enterprises for the time being. Turnover of enterprises (in billions)
| Description: Revenue from the sale of the business, net of discounts granted and VAT and other taxes directly based on the volume of sales. The statistics cover the offices of all active enterprises in the region.
