Regional Programme for Northern Ostrobothnia 2022-2025
The preparation of the regional programme 2022-2025 started in cooperation in cooperation with the start of new programming by the the Board of the Regional Assembly in October 2020. The programme's contents and choices were prepared in cooperation in cooperation with a phenomenon-based approach, an inclusive process involving numerous stakeholders, organisations, municipalities and residents of Northern Ostrobothnia. The environmental impact assessment of the regional programme has been carried out as part of the preparation process as part of the Union's own work. The Regional Assembly approved the Regional Programme for Northern Ostrobothnia 2022-2025 in December 2021.
Northern Ostrobothnia is facing new challenges in many ways. The forces of change that affect the world, Finland and our region challenge us all. In the regional programme, we are seeking new thinking for regional and national regional development. The programme focuses on phenomena and themes that are important for the development of Northern Ostrobothnia. in cooperation in cooperation with this, we aim to be flexible, proactive and quick to react to changes in the business environment. The Regional Assembly of Oulu Region challenges all stakeholders to innovate and implement the objectives of the programme. Working together creates the conditions for sustainable partnerships.
