Northern Ostrobothnia Provincial Action Plan 2021-2022 Concrete the implementation of the provincial programme and correspond to the provincial COVID-19 recovery plan. The action plan includes the allocation of REACT-EU granting powers to the specific objectives and financial instruments of the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia and the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment of Northern Ostrobothnia. REACT-EU funds are allocated to projects under the Operational Plan 2021-2022 of the Regional Programme for Northern Ostrobothnia.
