International Smart Specialisation Networks

One of the objectives of smart specialisation is international networking and increasing European competitiveness. One of the objectives of the project is to make better use of separate EU programmes in our region and to prepare for the upcoming programming period. The Commission will support networking between regions and cooperation between industry and research through smart specialisation thematic partnerships. In the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia, the internationalisation of smart specialisation has started in the ÄLYKE project. The Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia has authorised the best experts in the fields to represent the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia in the following S3 partnerships.
