The InnOKE Project

InnOKE project - Coaching leadership towards a future-proof organisation!

The project builds and describes the operating model of the future-proof Regional Council of North Ostrobothnia, ​ prepares supervisors and the work community for the themes of coaching leadership ​. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of working life and well-being at work by introducing coaching management practices and by changing operations to correspond to the activities of a future-proof organisation​. The themes of the InnOKE project are trust​, openness, transparency of operations, solution-focusedness, predictability and predictability of operations, co-operation and collaboration, and improving well-being at work.

Coaching leadership towards a future-proof organisation – the development project developed a more internally recognisable and easy-to-use name abbreviation InnOKE, which consists of a development project for enthusiastic experts.​ The implementation date of the project is from 27 May 2024 to 31 December 2025​.

In accordance with the Economic and Operational Plan of the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia, in 2024, the focus will be on promoting the personnel's work community skills and resources, supporting supervisor work, and maintaining and promoting good occupational health cooperation. One of the strategic guidelines for the Regional Council of North Ostrobothnia's strategic work in 2025, which began in spring 2024, is a community of enthusiastic experts, in which the InnOKE project is closely linked. The objectives of the strategic policy are to strengthen leadership and managerial work, as well as to develop well-being at work and organisational culture.

Keva supports the project with funding for the development of working life. The target group of the project is the members of the management team, who are the supervisors of the employees of the units, as well as the personnel consisting of the entire expert tasks​.
