The project for the development of digital well-being and participation in Northern Ostrobothnia is based on the objectives of the Regional Programme 2022-2025 and promotes the digital well-being and participation of the residents of the region. The project also supports the objectives of the region's smart specialisation strategy by utilising new kinds of digital services and opportunities to develop the region's well-being. In addition, the project promotes the goals and partnership promise of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Agreement 2019-2025 related to digital capabilities, to which the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region has committed together in cooperation in cooperation with the municipalities of the region.
