1st phase county plan

The 1st phase county plan is legally valid

The topics to be addressed in the first phase (1st phase regional plan) are:

  • energy production and transmission (continental wind areas, offshore wind power upgrades, peat production areas)
  • trade service structure and regional structure, agglomerations
  • natural environment (use of sites, upgrades of protected areas, geological formations)
  • the transport system (road network, light transport, rail transport, air transport, maritime transport) and logistics.

Attendance

The draft phase county plan was available from 28 August to 26 September 2012
The proposal for the 1st phase county plan was available from 20 September to 21 October 2013.
The regional council approved the 1st phase county plan on 2 December 2013.

Five appeals were lodged against the Ministry of the Environment's declaratory decision before the Supreme Administrative Court. On 2 May 2016, the provincial government issued a statement to the Supreme Administrative Court on the complaints.
