By law, the Regional Assembly has a central role and responsibility in planning the strategic entity of regional development in the region. Strategic planning refers to regional development as a whole, for which the Regional Assembly is responsible for the process and coordination of cooperation. In addition, the Regional Assembly is responsible for the implementation of the objectives set in the planning.
