The agendas and minutes of the decision-making bodies of the Regional Assembly of Oulu Region are published in the public information service once they have been completed. The minutes shall be accompanied by instructions or prohibitions on appeal.
The minutes and their appendices shall be kept available for inspection for a period of three years, unless otherwise required by the confidentiality of information or the protection of personal data.
