AGRO SE-VI is a project funded by the European Union's COSME programme and implemented by the Regional Council of Northern Ostrobothnia in cooperation with the Regional Authority of Western Greece and the Province of Burgos. The project started in February 2021 and will end in January 2022.
The aim of the project is to create tools for establishing and supporting social enterprises operating in agriculture and the food sector. This is done, for example, by mapping successful and proven practices in the target countries, i.e. Finland, Greece and Spain, as well as other European countries on a case-by-case basis. These practices and cases are assessed on the basis of different criteria, such as applicability and portability. This creates a plan base that allows companies and organisations operating on different business levels to use in the incubation and development of a social enterprise.
